Tom Walker, Jr.

Tom Walker Jr. is the Sound Engineer for the group and the youngest of the 3 children. He lives in Struthers, OH with his wife Gretchen.

He has always loved Southern Gospel music and the close harmony and the wonderful message it brings. Growing up He would listen to his family singing on the way to church, at church, on the way home from church and most family get-togethers. Not gifted with the vocal talent as the rest of his family, Tom has a wonderful ear for music and harmony.

Tom is very technical by nature and in fact works for a software company. He has brought that love of music and technology to The Tom Walker Family when he became their sound engineer 4 years ago.

He believes that one of the most overlooked, yet most vital members of any group is the Sound Engineer. You never hear him, but without him, you would not hear anything. When he does his job, you don’t think about him. Let him mess up, and it reflects on the whole group.

Tom strives to make The Tom Walker Family sound their best each and every time they sing. Being a Sound Engineer for The Tom Walker Family is his way of using his talents to spread the word of Jesus Christ through Southern Gospel music .
